Membership

When are you accepting applications?

We recently moved to a quarterly cohort schedule.  You can see the dates we will accepting new members for each cohort below! 

Fall 2022 Cohort 

  • Applications open: Aug 20, 2022
  • Applications Close:  Oct 21, 2022

Winter 2023 Cohort 

  • Applications Open: Oct 22, 2022
  • Applications Close:  Jan 13, 2023

Spring 2023 Cohort 

  • Applications Open: Jan 14, 2023
  • Applications Close:  Apr 7, 2023

If you’ve applied between cohort open and close dates, you will receive all login credentials once the cohort begins! In the meantime, feel free to explore some of our programming here

All 10th House plans are for a 12-month membership commitment required, per our T&Cs, so unless you're on year one, no downgrade will be possible.

How do I know what cohort I’m in?

The 10th House accepts new applicants 4 times a year! Your cohort is dependent on the date you applied.

BILLING & TECH QUESTION

How do I update my billing information?

Log into your 10th House Account (paying members only) here.  

  • Click Update Billing on the right to update your payment and billing information.

Can I downgrade or change my plan?

All 10th House plans are for a 12-month membership commitment required, per our T&Cs, so unless you're on year one, no downgrade will be possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

While you're paying monthly or annually, our membership commitments are for one year. Pauses or early cancellations on memberships with annual commitments are not permitted. Upon checking out when applying you agreed to the below terms:

MONTHLY
I authorize The 10th House to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of my agreement with you.
Monthly memberships agree to an annual commitment, and will be automatically renewed each month for one year. By signing up to a monthly membership with an annual commitment, each member agrees to a minimum of 11 automatic renewals of membership for the following year (twelve consecutive months). Pauses or early cancellations on monthly memberships with annual commitments are not permitted.
 
ANNUAL
I authorize The 10th House to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of my agreement with you.
Annual memberships agree to an annual commitment, and will be available to renew upon the annual year. Pauses or early cancellations on monthly memberships with annual commitments are not permitted.
