Post FFD Morning Workout
Join us for a 60 minute movement session, and a networking opportunity prior to your departures from FFD! Enjoy a morning workout by 10th House member, and EQUIPT's founder, Kodi Berg! She's taken her love of movement and design and created both the UBarre and UWraps to invoke the power of the minute move for the mind, body and spirit! The ubarre launched with this idea and a love of design, reaching for stylish workout tools that could be incorporated into daily living rather than simply fitness as a destination. Financial Times calls it the “Structure that Sculpts”. The products continue with EQUIPT’s Unwraps… vegan leather ankle and wrist weights which will be incorporated into the workout. A believer in movement throughout the day wear your leggings, wear your jeans, wear anything you damn well please as we move our bodies and get the blood flowing.
