Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and empowerment with fellow founders in the area! This WorkOUT & WorkSHOP will introduce you to the incredible benefits of yoga, providing a nurturing space to unwind and connect with like-minded women.
What to Bring:

Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the class.

Attire: Please wear sweat-wicking sportswear

All Attendees will receive a mat + towel for the class!
Waiver Information: Participants will need to sign a waiver prior to the event. Once you RSVP, we'll send out the waiver for you to complete in advance. If you’re unable to sign it beforehand, don’t worry! iPads will be available for check-in.
Class Level: This class is beginner-friendly, so no prior experience is required. Our instructor will guide you through a simple Level 1 flow, making it accessible for everyone!
Post-Class Refreshments: After the class snacks and refreshments from will be available.
Take a step towards mindfulness and rejuvenation while connecting with our community of inspiring female entrepreneurs.
