Join us for an interactive workshop with Madeline Darcy, Managing Partner at Kaya Ventures. In this session, she breaks down the essential non-revenue metrics that investors use to evaluate your business. You'll discover the specific engagement, retention, and usage patterns that investors actually analyze when evaluating your business, then learn to package these insights into a compelling dashboard that proves your momentum is real and sustainable.

We'll dive into:

The non-revenue KPIs that matter most: engagement depth, churn patterns, and user lifecycle metrics
How to identify and track the product usage milestones investors actually care about
Building retention metrics that showcase your product's stickiness and long-term value
Aligning your KPI framework with your specific business model and funding stage
Presenting metrics that tell a story of sustainable growth, not just impressive numbers

In this session, Madeline will guide you through creating your personalized KPI system, then you'll spend 30-45 minutes refining your metrics live with her direct feedback and guidance. Make sure to bring your business data to walk away with an investor-ready framework that tells your growth story.

About Madeline Darcy

Madeline Darcy is the Managing Partner at Kaya Ventures, an early-stage venture firm specializing in companies redefining health. With deep expertise across strategy, finance, and technology, she's invested in standout companies including AOA, Elektra Health, Ellevest, Eterneva, and Partake, among others.

Madeline's insights on venture capital and entrepreneurial management have been featured in Axios, Forbes, TechCrunch, and Harvard Business Publishing, and she's spoken at finance and entrepreneurship events globally, including at Harvard, MIT, and UCLA. As Co-chair of GP & LP Initiatives at All Raise, she's actively working to move money, shift power, and change culture in venture capital.
