Julia is a visionary leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Headspace and The University of Texas at Austin President's Innovation Board. She demonstrates her passion for entrepreneurship by supporting underrepresented founders, investing in over two dozen healthcare startups and venture capital funds. Julia was named a Digital Health Icon by Rock Health, Entrepreneur of the Year by Springboard Enterprises, and Fortune Magazine's 15 Most Powerful Women in Startups.
Julia attended Vanderbilt University and graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Economics and Psychology, and she has been involved as a VUconnect Career Advisor and a Commodore Recruitment Program (CoRPs) volunteer. She went on to earn her MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker Scholar with high distinction. She is based in Austin, TX.
