During this extracurricular member-led office hours session, members are invited to join and discuss the last two weeks of the Tech FOM curriculum. Review homework, share findings, and spot solutions together.

Please note that there will not be an FFC team member leading this session, so we recommend nominating a "lead" to orchestrate the office hours. If you would like to volunteer as the lead, simply comment below.

Suggested 1-Hour Agenda: Member-Led Co-Working Session (Weeks 2 & 3 Curriculum Review)

0:00–0:05 — Welcome & Logistics (Lead facilitator)

Quick intros (30 seconds each: name, location, what you're building, and your role), confirm the session format, and remind members this is peer-led and open.

0:05–0:20 — Week 2 Debrief: Product & Platform Fundamentals

Genevieve Ryan Bellaire's customer discovery framework in practice, members share:

  • What did you learn from talking to your users this week?
  • Where has your product roadmap shifted based on real feedback versus assumption?
  • Where are you still stuck between trusting your gut and trusting your data?

0:20–0:35 — Week 3 Debrief: Metrics (KPIs) That Matter

Mercedes Bent's KPI framework in practice, members share:

  • What KPI(s) did you add to or refine on your dashboard?
  • What early traction signals are you tracking, and what are they telling you?
  • Suggested activity: Share your investor pitch story + get member feedback

0:35–0:50 — Homework Swap & Peer Feedback

Members share their Week 2 discovery insights or Week 3 KPI dashboard (whatever's most relevant to their business) and get quick peer input. Keep it to 2–3 minutes per person.

0:50–0:60 — Open Q&A + Looking Ahead

  • Any final lingering questions from Weeks 1–3?
  • Final resource sharing — tools + resources you recommend
