The strongest consumer brands aren’t just built on great products — they’re built on founders with clarity. In this masterclass, Robyn Ward will guide you through the foundational inner architecture every early-stage founder needs to scale with intention: a defined vision, aligned values, and a grounded understanding of your role as the leader of the company.
Drawing on her decades of experience coaching founders, leading teams, and advising high-growth consumer startups (like Tower28, Homecourt, Ritual, Alloy Financial, Tala), Robyn will break down how to:
-
Establish the core elements of founder clarity — Vision, Mission, and Values
-
Define your role as the founder and how it evolves as the company grows
-
Align early hiring, team culture, and decision-making around a strategic backbone
-
Translate long-term vision into near-term execution across product, GTM, and operations
After this session, you’ll leave with a polished one-page Founder Vision — a clear, strategic blueprint that informs every decision you make.
