5:00 – 6:00 PM: Member Mingle — Connection Before Wellness

Wind down the work day with meaningful conversation and new connections from other founders in the The10th House.

Join us for a relaxed pre-event member mingle designed to connect and spark potential collaborations—all before we shift into wellness mode.

6:00 – 8:00 PM: Wellness Activation — Unwind, Reset, Recharge

After dropping into connection, it's time to slow down and turn inward. This immersive wellness experience is designed to help you release the stress of entrepreneurship and reconnect with yourself.

What’s included:
Sound Bath – Let the soothing vibrations of sound waves wash over you, calming your nervous system and inviting deep relaxation.
Breathwork Session – Guided breathwork to help release tension, reset your energy, and create space for clarity.
Wellness Activations – Explore self-care stations designed to help you unwind and nourish your body and mind. Expect mindful moments, and a chance to tap back into you.

You'll leave feeling lighter, recharged, and more connected—to yourself and the community around you.
