Before founding Perelel, Victoria spent her career in investment banking, private equity, and operating roles at The Honest Company, Olive & June, and Carbon38, three of the most recognizable consumer brands in beauty and wellness. That operating background, combined with a personal experience that pointed her toward a real gap in prenatal care, shaped how she built Perelel from the ground up.
