A monthly conversation with Ana María Moreno, product leader (she built Uber One, now 50 million members, and led product for J Balvin's wellness app Oye) and founder of Copal, a product strategy company for female founders.
Most founders who plateau are told to fix their marketing. Ana María's view is that most of them have a product problem, and that fixing the product is what makes marketing easy again. Each session takes one piece of that argument and works it live, with real examples from the room.
