Meghan Caiazzo is a transformational beverage and CPG executive with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting high-growth consumer brands. She has led companies from launch to $100M+ in revenue, with a proven record in leadership, omni-channel go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and M&A execution. Her expertise spans national retail distribution, operations leadership, and strategic partnerships, consistently driving double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth while building high-performance teams.
Currently, Meghan serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Prepared Hero, where she built and led the commercial division, expanding the brand from DTC into national retail and strategic partnerships. Previously, she co-founded and scaled Victory Wine Group from a startup to $70M in revenue, executing a private equity exit, and later grew Palomar Beverage Company into a $100M+ multi-state distributor. She also played a pivotal role in scaling Nutr from $700K to $8M in just 12 months, securing marquee accounts including Target, William Sonoma, and Starbucks. Alongside her operating leadership, Meghan has coached CEOs and executive teams on scaling revenues, optimizing EBITDA, and preparing for strategic exits.
Meghan holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship, as well as an Entrepreneurial Innovation Certificate from Stanford University. She is an active member of YPO, where she collaborates with fellow leaders and founders, and is passionate about empowering others to achieve sustainable growth. Known for her ability to align strategy, execution, and culture, Meghan thrives on helping businesses and leaders win by running the right plays and building cohesive teams that outperform the market.
