​This live orientation will walk you through exactly how the Founder’s Operating Manual works and how to get the most out of the program.

​We’ll cover the program structure, session formats, key dates, and what deliverables you’ll receive, along with practical guidance on how to participate, prepare, and apply what you’re learning to your business in real time.

​You’ll then be placed into small breakout groups to meet other founders in your cohort, share what you’re working on, and start building peer connections early.

​We’ll close with a live Q&A to address logistics, expectations, and any remaining questions so you leave clear on next steps and ready to begin.
