Please note that there will not be an FFC team member leading this session, so we recommend nominating a "lead" to orchestrate the office hours. If you would like to volunteer as the lead, simply comment below.

Suggested 1-Hour Agenda: Member-Led Co-Working Session (Weeks 3 & 4 Curriculum Review)

0:00–0:05 — Welcome & Logistics (Lead facilitator) Quick intros (30 seconds each person: name, location, what is your brand, and what is your role), confirm the session format, and remind members this is peer-led and open.

0:05–0:20 — Week 3 Debrief: KPIs That Drive Growth Sapna Shah's framework in practice — members share:

• What KPI(s) did you add to or refine on your dashboard?
• What early traction signals are you tracking, and what are they telling you?
• Where are you still feeling unclear or stuck on the data?

0:20–0:35 — Week 4 Debrief: Building Culture Online The Edit's social playbook — members share:

• What's one thing you're implementing or testing from Lauren & Katie's session?
• What does your current content approach look like, and where do you want to take it?
• Any wins, questions, or stuck points around influencer strategy or brand voice?

0:35–0:50 — Homework Swap & Peer Feedback Members share their Week 3 KPI layer or Week 4 takeaways (whatever's most relevant to their business) and get quick peer input. Keep it to 2–3 minutes per person.

0:50–0:60 — Open Q&A + Looking Ahead
