Elizabeth launched the company in 2009 after starting her career in public relations and later becoming a certified holistic nutritionist. What began as a side hustle selling baking mixes at farmers markets quickly evolved into a national brand, now sold in retailers including Whole Foods, Target, Kroger, Walmart, and Costco. Under her leadership, Purely Elizabeth has grown into one of the most recognized brands in the better-for-you breakfast and snack category, with a mission to make wellness accessible and delicious.
