Over the past decade, Kira Jackson has built pioneering brand strategies for leading consumer brands, ranging from pre-revenue to public. She’s supported in driving two agency acquisitions as a founding team member and senior management - the former, an exit to a strategic buyer, and the latter, via Private Equity.
She is currently an investor and Head of Partnerships at RX3 Growth Partners, a leading consumer-centric Growth Equity firm co-founded by Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, and backed by a community of professional athletes, celebrities, and institutional investors. Here, Kira oversees RX3’s value add investment strategy across its deal and operating teams.
Kira also works as an angel investor and strategic advisor to emerging and growth-stage brands, and is an active member of the Global Women in VC community. Kira's transition from building brands to funding businesses has allowed her to see businesses as full entities – understanding their positioning strategy, marketing approach, and CAC/LTV ratio, and being able to spot inefficiencies in their manufacturing or supply chain, equity wasted on the wrong celebrity partner, and gaps in their team structure.
This knowledge gives her a unique perspective as an investor, as she can see the full picture of what elements make businesses successful and, furthermore, venture-backable.
